The Intergalactic League of Farmers waits for no man, even with a crop as delicate as bubbles. Elegant crops, of course, and no matter the trouble in harvesting them it’s always worthwhile to see those beauties shine. Light in color with a touch of haze, this American IPA maintains an approachable medium-body without sacrificing any of the full aroma and flavor of copious dry hopping additions of Simcoe, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops.

Poured a clear yellow from can with white head. Some hints of grapefruite and tropical fruit. Pretty middle of the road but perfectly all right.

Can. Gold in color. Three fingers head. Kind of a plain jane IPA. Nothing special.

Canned. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is citrus, some spruce, mild citrus and bready notes. Flavour is grapefruit, some herbal and mild earthy and bready tones.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of mango, citrus, melon, chamomile and biscuit. Pours cloudy golden color with medium sized soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet grainy, ripe tropical fruity and floral, following is bready and slightly medicinal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Aroma not intense though still very appealing, but taste lacks bubbles :)

Can from Beer Republic. Clear yellow, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of mango, lychee, pineapple, lime, grapefruit peel, onion, vague cheese. Taste has sweet mango & pineapple, bitter pine & grapefruit along juicy citrus in a dry-bready malt body. Piney hoppy finish, bitter grapefruity & zesty. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Just a solid IPA.

First up: Clown Shoes Bubble Farm IPA 6.5% Opaque orange gold with thick off-white foam that lingers. Malty old school stone fruit aroma. Medium bodied with a similar west coast vibe from 10years ago. Ok but I was expecting more. Clown Shoes always kills it with their label though as I love the comic book type artwork.

12 ounce can from Festival Lacrosse, 6/30/21. Hazy orange, large white head, good retention. Aroma of orange, tangerine, pale malt. Taste is tangerine, pale malt. Not much else. A bit thin. Okay.
