Sample at the tasting room. Clear copper-orange color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, malt and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of resiny hops, caramel malt and stone fruit. The finish is malty up front with a lingering piney hops aftertaste. Somewhere between a hoppy Barley Wine and IIPA. Pretty good all around.
