Sample at the tasting room. The beer is a slightly cloudy brownish-amber color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a sparse outer ring. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Malty aroma with some banana and caramel notes in the background. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, bananas and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
