Sample at the taproom. The beer is a clear dark reddish-amber color with a thin off-white head that diminishes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of dark fruit, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of caramel malt, dark fruit and earthy yeast. The finish is fruity up front with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
