A black beer with a tan lacing. Aroma of strong dark roasted malt, coffee beans, hints of dark fruits. Taste of dark roasted malt, coffee beans, vanilla, ash, liquorice.

330ml can. Jet black colour with minimally late awakening, average, frothy to creamy, very slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, slightly chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of coffee, roasted coffee beans, some mocha, a touch of coffee surrogate, cinnamon, cocoa, chocolate cake, whiffs of tobacco, blueberry, plum. Taste is sweet-ish and roasty, dark malty, mildly bitter and minimally leafy, hoppy, notes of coffee, roasted coffee beans, a touch of sugared coffee, mocha, coffee surrogate, chocolate cake, cinnamon, tobacco, toffee, smoked plum.
Creamy to viscous texture, smooth and soft, slightly cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
A tad simple and monotonous at first "sniff", but full of subtleties, rich and manifold (though not complex, all the while all flavours are distinct, run parallel, stand on their own feet) - pretty good.

33cl can from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours pitch black with a tanned head. Roasty aroma with dark chocolate, cocoa, notes of wood and spices and hints of alcohol. Rather smooth, flavourful and desserty. Pleasant one!
