Sample at the brewpub (as "Irishman’s Enforcer"). Pours an inky black color with a medium foamy light tan head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of oak, bourbon and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, chocolate malt and fruit. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
