Snow beer, white foam as snow, lasting as floral, yellowish, bright. It has hops and malt aroma. If you pour the liquid into cup, enough carbon dioxide would make the white foam floats immediately and last five minutes, which looks like a layer of snow covered on the beer.

Can. A very pale one, clear, and topped by a thin layer of white bubbles, soon diminishing into a rim of bubbles. Grainy and fruity aroma, yellow overripe apples, but not much more. Low on both aroma and flavor is weak, the flavor pretty much like the aroma, and lacking on bitterness. Thin and watery mouthfeel, and a very short finish. A little touch of wet cardboard in the very end. Not a bad one, just very uninteresting. Quenching like water. 100618

Pure water. Pours light yellow, often as cold as possible. Has a piss-poor flavour. I only remember it due to a pageant from local girls in Harbin each giving their best to present the beer with a big, big smile to cameras and TV crews! That in itself was worth drinking it, which means you forget how bad it actually is.

[Bottled (4.3%, 11.8P)] Pale golden, airy head. Vague aroma of boiled vegetables and red berries in alcohol. Very sweet, yet thin plastic mouthfeel. Paper mixed with rice. Compost heap dominates the finish. Incredibly alcoholic for a beer on 4%.

Golden lager with light sparkle. Aroma is lightly grainy, with a hint of green apple. Palate mixes graininess with fusel alcohol notes. Body is light.
