Bottle from Inn At Home, Guildford. Sweet floral aroma, with spice, resin and pepper. An opaque amber brown. Big thick off-white head. Heavy bitter. Resn and tart berries. The pepper comes through in the finish. Some underlying grains and sweet fruit. Relatively light bodied and on the thin side. Fizzy carb. Dry finish. I like it. It's got plenty of flavour and spirit. However, as it's been years since I had some actual Sahti I'm not sure how accurate it is. Still a good winter warmer.
