It’s a little known fact that Alvin, Simon & Theodore are the muse for the greatest disco record ever made. Take a bow, Dave Seville.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 19/05/2025.
Hazed orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is orange zest, grass, melon, grapefruit, light pine tickle.
Taste comprises ripe tropicana, melon balls, pineapple, guava, grapefruit, pine needle.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy DIPA.

Can. A light haze on this yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head, short lived. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light and slightly thin pale malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Crisp cooling pine. Juicy if slightly thin stone fruits. Light bright citrus. Mild candy fruits. Touch of juicy bright sweet apple on the back end just before a light but pleasing bitterness kicks in. Semi dry finish. A notably light dipa with well delineated hop fruits. Good stuff!

Only my second beer from these guys and this is a good one imho, getting the Nelson with some juicy white grape and crushed gooseberry, then some mango and lychee and citrus notes in play, soft creamy oat laden malty backbone, robust hoppy finish.
