Though it’s based on an English Pale Ale, we tried to create a summer beer that would combine an intense aroma and high drinkability, while keeping a full-body, ideal for warm summer evenings.
We use Galaxy, a hop charged by the Australian sun, that, together with Citra, give the beer its intense aroma of tropical fruit. For bitterness we used the Apollo hop.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexey and Refaela’s place. Thanks Alexey and Refaela. Clear golden with a white head. Wonderful hoppy aroma full of tropical fruits, citrus and some "green" notes. Flavor has faint sweetness, lots of fruity and "green" hops and a moderately bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Really good and extremely refreshing.

Draught @ Pivovar Beergeek, Prague. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, fresh fruity hops, peach, pineapple, little citrus. Flavor is malt, fresh tropical fruit, peach, pineapple, mango, light citrus, orangepeel. Medium body, lively carbonation, light bitter finish. 190414

Bottle from Zly Casy Pivoteka. Pours hazy golden with a white head and lacings. Very fresh hoppy nose. Very delicious - fresh forest, juicy apricot and pineapple. Smooth and dry. Waauuw. Very well brewed.

Bottle, 75cl, shared by Gunnar. It pours an almost clear golden body under a big collapsing off-white head. The aroma has peaches and some pine cones, oranges too. Not much malts going on. The flavor has a nice bitterness along with citrus, pine cones and a little malty sweetness. Full too medium body and a pleasant carbonation level. A nice bitterness too, all the way. Lasting finish. Sure a beer I could have a few of on a hot summer day. 140305
