In a sea of offerings, our most popular IPA stands out as one of the finest examples of a West Coast style beer: Bursting with flavor and aroma, finished dry, and most importantly hop-forward. This beer is teeming with fruit and pine notes, and its light gold to blonde color make it drink like a session beer.

Pours hazy deep gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Melon, peach and citrus aromas. Soft with dark caramel upfront quickly turning to complex tangerine peel, peach pit, crushed apple and tangerine seeds in the lasting finish.

On a mountain: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is moderately fruity and citrusy. Taste is fruity, sort of bitter, juicy, maybe a pine. Nice.

Can 355ml @ yngwie
Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, caramel, mandarin and orange. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long citrus, orange, mandarin and hint of caramel finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

12 ounce can. Bubbly medium gold color. large foamy beige head. Fragrant toasted malt nose hints at spicy pine hops. Light malt meets spicy hops. Wonderful balance of malt and hops. Light citrusy hops intonate lime and mint. Earthy, spivey pine notes in finish. An easy drinking West Coast IPA.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Tangerine, lime and grapefruit nose. Classic west coast. Clean, crisp, prickly, zesty bitterness. Bone dry. Thankfully no caramel malt here.Really enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Boo Koo on 24 Feb 2018 at 16:42 - Score: 7. Original review text: Tangerine, lime and grapefruit nose. Tasty IPA, full of juicy hops and an old-school West Coast bitterness, bright and citrus-laden and resinous on the back end. Malts offer up notes of toast and wet grain, while the grapefruit, orange, and berry front give way to white grape and lemon on the back end, all leading to a soap-n-pine flourish on the finish. Nose comes across unexpectedly grainy and floral with citrus around the periphery. Pours a bright gold with a thin white head and spotty lacing. Medium bodied and perky, and very well-carbonated. Enjoyable pint.

Can pour into nonic pint glass from Andover Liquors. Appearance is lightly hazy yellow with slight orange, nice sparkle, less-than-finger-width white fizzy head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is citrus, resin over a malt backbone. Taste is tropical fruit, citrus, mild dank resin, late cracker. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation and bittersweet finish. Overall, tropical fruit taste is a nice surprise over a fairly pedestrian aroma, though could be a bit stronger. Good balance.

Can. A hazy orange colored beer with a white head. Orange zest dominated aroma with pine cones and a touch of pale malts. Some pheasant generic fruityness too. It's medium to full bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Nice bitterness in the flavor, with pine cones and resins, and a nice orangey hop flavour. Long orangey finish. Nice, nothing more. 171231

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. Hazy orange-yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly. Short strings of lace. Citrus, hops and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of citrus, piney hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.
