Steps of Knowledge is back! Our decadent Imperial Mexican Mole Stout was aged in fresh rye barrels. The rye spice plays perfectly with the triad of dried and hand-roasted chiles, fire-scorched cinnamon, toasted chocolate, and fresh vanilla. Chile heat is stepped up a touch and is quickly subdued by the rich dark chocolate fudge character, enticing cinnamon aroma, and beautiful vanilla to round out the full mole experience.
