Murky amber. Aroma is grassy mossy with light caramel. Taste is sweet caramel with bitter mossy slighlty boozy. Medium drinkable.

Optisch trübe und dunkel bernsteinfarben mit gelborangen Reflexen. Ein schöner leichter Glanz lässt sich ebenso wahrnehmen. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone wirkt eher wässerig und fällt in Kürze fast zur Gänze in sich zusammen. In der Nase offenbart sich ein leicht muffiger, röstiger, holzig-hefiger Duft mit Noten von leichter Fruchtigkeit (reifer Banane). Mit einem weich-spritzigen Antrunk beginnt der Spaß. Am Gaumen zeigt sich eine angenehm vollmundiger Körper mit schönen Aromen von Getreide, leicht röstigem karamelligem Malz und angenehm hopfigem Heuaroma. Eine leicht fruchtige Note, die man bereits im Duft wahrnimmt, kann man ebenso nicht verleugnen. Wie schon erwähnt, zeigt sich dieses Bier schön vollmundig und auch wunderbar süffig. Im Abgang wirkt es anfangs wieder etwas muffig, etwas rezent und die getreidigen Noten kommen kurz auf. Danach darf auch eine leicht würzige Herbe in den Vordergrund.

Hazy orange with a large creamy head. Sweet and malty with grass, perfume and a hint of caramel. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Can from Busch's Market. Pours an unclear orange copper with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Bready malt and chestnut nose with light pepper and grain aromas. More of the same on the palate, maybe a touch oxidized. Light pepper on the finish. Refreshing.

500ml bottle, kindly shared by Finn. Good looking with a persistent white head, bright golden-brown body, laces well. Moderate smell of bread and noble hops. Well blended taste profile of mild caramel malts, grain, earth and noble hops. Rounded malt-fruity ending. Clean in the mouth. Food friendly with our sushi. Delt med Rune og djoeye på Nerstranda. Amber. Klar. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Behagelig gressaroma. Mykmunnfølelse. Smaken krydder, malt & karamell. Balansert.

16 oz. can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom! Aroma of hay, bread and a hint of funk. Taste is bready malt, herb, yeast. Palate is light bodied, soft texture and average carbonation. Overall, it is the style.

Can (7/25/20) pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! Looks hazy dark yellow-light brown with nice sparkle, finger-width khaki head with nice retention and nice lacing. Aroma is European malts and hops with mild tart fruit character. Taste follows aroma but stronger malt and fruity notes. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium with frothy texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, light and refreshing and pretty straightforward. Not a go-to by any means but a nice palate cleanser in between stouts.
