Draft. Aroma of yeast, malt and herbs. Taste of nice würzig malt, yeast and grassy bitters. Good old school german quality.

Drinkable, miles better than American macro lagers, but still a bit tame, with a watered-down maltiness touched by sweet corn, apple, and grass. Modest floral bitter note doesn't take hold on the back end, instead leading to a semisweet, bready finish. Needs a stronger Noble hop presence; not digging the clinging sweetness in the fade.

Pours deep amber into a stein. White pancake head with good retention recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Sweet caramel aromas. Soft with sweet meadow and hay upfront turning to overripe summer fruit before the mild earth finish.
