Pours cloudy yellow from canned. Salt soil lemon pepper and tears. Not really but a good gose.

From tap at Multi Qlti Tap Bar, Kraków. Aroma is sour fruits, sour citrussy lemon, lime. Flavour is a nice puckering sour with a salty touch in the finish. Body is light to medium. Nice and easy refreshingly sour Gose.

Brassy orange gold with a thin fizzy head and mildly tart herbal aroma. Medium bodied and very dry. The flavor is where you get the Irish moss, herbs, kelp and sea salt. Very interesting flavor profile that’s kind of floral fruity pot pourri like then tart and salty with the kelp minerality and flavor popping up in the after taste. Pretty good and really interesting. Now I want to watch the Usual Suspects.

Can. Golden, a little hazy. Aroma: spice, herbs, bread a bit, a little smoke, interesting. Taste: sour, lemon, herbs, yogurt, a little salty, dough, not bad.

0.5 l can bought at Goblet, Zagreb most likely. Shared with Marko. Clear golden, minimal head. Soft acidity in the nose, light fruity aroma, citrus or zest. Gentle floral. Sea water or kelp. Soft oxidation, paper, spices, slightly harsh herbal elements, dry, not very sour. Flavour is slightly bland. Light body, moderate carbonation, light finish.

Can, thanks Hrabren! Hazy pale golden body, almost no head. Definitely some seaweed and salty notes over wheaty sweetness and lactic acid. Simple tart dry lemony taste with no sweetness. Simplistic, fairly tasty, just generic.

13 March 2020. Pre-Lockdown (in hindsight) Tasting with Anke & Pieter. Pours clear yellow with a quickly thinning, white head. Aroma of apricot, peach, honey, bread, dough, salt, kitchen herbs. Taste has sweetish apricot & peach, revolving around a sour core of wheat, lime, bitter herbal hints & a pinch of salt. Dryish, tart, fruity finish, low herbal hops & salt. Medium body, oily texture, fizzy carbonation. Complex Gose.

Can. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and finely minerally crisp. Crisp piney minerally front end with a lovely savoury sea breeze vibe. Floral limey lemon is the backbone of this spiffing Gose. Crisp sea breeze finish. Nicely done. Unusual ingredients that come together well.
