Very interesting! Nice tartness. Finish fades into yoghurty feel. Start has citrus and light white wine. Like it a lot. Lot going on! Manages to be sharp smooth and rounded at the same time somehow.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of wheat, grass and salt. Pours cloudy golden color with thin quickly diminishing off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and citrusy, follows by grass, salt, faint tanins and milk, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy without any bitterness at finish. Light body, thin texture and average carbonation in palate. Refreshing evil gose...
