Cask at Pickled Pig, Stafford. Pours golden yellow with a small foamy off-white head and good lacing, There’s citrus and mandarin in the aroma plus some traces of floral hops. In the mouth there is an initial sweetness but this is very quickly replaced by creamy bitterness. Flavour is mainly mixed hops with hints of kiwi and grapefruit. Finish is quite dry. This is reasonable though somewhat bland.

Misty pale gold with a frothy white head and a soft citrus aroma. Light bodied, fresh with delicate biscuit malt and grapefruit bitterness and a dry finish
