A Belgian-style ale beer brewed by Zirci Abbey for the city's 40th anniversary in 2023. The label is quite puritanical, but the beer is beautiful when poured. Real amber color, nice full-bodied appearance, large, creamy-colored, dense head that lasted a finger's length throughout. Aroma is simple, one-bitter, one aroma seems hoppy, otherwise delicious, fruity, but also biscuity, caramel malt in the background. Medium body with weak carbonation. Sour, almost sour opening, interesting hopping. Rye-like effect, then later an IPA bitterness emerges, in fact, it has the effect of being aged in a barrel - I think because of the Belgian beer yeast. It was a delicious beer, congratulations! It had a Belgian, candy-like aftertaste, without added sugar according to the label. As it warmed up, it became more and more dried-fruity. Nice work!

A Zirci Apátságnak a város 40-es évfordulójára 2023-ban készített belga stílusú ale söre. A címke elég puritán, de a sör kitöltve gyönyörű. Igazi borostyán szín, szép testes kinézet, krémszínű nagy tömör hab, ami ujjnyi szinten végig kitartott. Aroma egyszerű, egy-keserű, egy aroma komlósnak tűnik, egyébként finom, gyümölcsös, de háttérben kekeszes, karamelles malátás is. Gyenge szénsavasság mellett közepes test. Savanykás, majdnem hogy savanyúan nyit, érdekes komlózás. Rozsos hatású, majd később előjön egy IPA-s keserűség, sőt, olyan hatású, mintha hordóban érlelt lenne - gondolom a belga-sör élesztő miatt. Finom sör volt, gratulálok hozzá! Belgás, kandiscukros mellékíze volt, a címke szerint hozzáadott cukor nélkül. Ahogy melegedett, egyre aszalt-gyümölcsösebb. Szép munka!
