We really loved our first West Coast Pils brewed in 2024 and decided to brew a new one. This 2nd edition is a modern generously dry hopped West Coast Pilsner with a dry and crisp finish. Enjoy!

Mild smell of citrus. Cloudy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of raw fruit, some hops. Medium bitter. Medium carbon. More of an APA than a pils.

Crisp, slightly piney and grassy with some grainy malts, earthiness and hints of bitterness. Could've used a bit more fruitiness.
