Dark brown, opaque, with a thick, beige head that slowly dissipates. Aroma of deeply roasted malts, dry on the palate, with a burnt toast aftertaste and a pleasant fruity bitterness, followed by a lingering, fruity finish with herbal notes. A pleasant porter.

330ml can via Beer52, poured into my thistle shaped Gordons glass at home on 16th June 2025. Looked almost black, tanned crust on top. Malty at first then the fruity hops kick in, dark berries mostly but other fruits join in too. Nice finish to the day.

[33cl can from Beer52.] An opaque, glossy peaty brown coloured pour with a thick beige head that falls back slowly; aroma of heavily roasted malts; dry in the mouth with a taste of burnt toast and a pleasantly fruity bitterness; then a lingering fruity finish with blackcurrant and blueberry. An impressive porter.

330ml can. Pours a dark brown with beige head and decent retention. Aroma and taste of caramel, orange, light roast with light tropical and spicy elements. Finish has another fruity hop burst with a light herbal and dry finish. Medium bodied, moderate to soft carbonation.
I really enjoyed this although I'm aware malt wise it does not have much complexity. This one is all about the hops.
