Our new Kyoto-only product, Habakarisan, has now shipped out to different bars, restaurants, and retailers throughout Kyoto, and so we expect to be able to start seeing it in some places from today.
This Belgian Wit, infused with sansho and yuzu peel, took over a year in developing and perfecting.
Refermented in package, in addition to the fine bubbles true to the traditional Belgian style, it is also our first room-temperature (although we are recommending to store in a cool dark place) product. It is a big release for us, and a significant part of a bigger goal within our city. For those interested in reading more, check out our blog.
