Can at CBC Islington - thanks to Fergus. It pours cloudy golden - orange with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, ice cream soda, icing sugar, candied citrus, stewed orange and peach. The taste is soft, yet crisp, dry, bitter, toasty grains, quite green, onion, grass, chives, orangey citrus and some bread with a crisp finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Rather quaffable. Decent gear.

Craft Islington Bottleshare, thanks to Fergus for the can. Cloudy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, smooth and has modest carbonation. Fluffy soft malts, light creamy sweetness. Sweet citrus, mostly orange. Mild hop spice. Light finish. Oddly sweet but pretty drinkable.

Draft @ Cloudwater TTP, Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Split with Filip.

(440ml can from Hop Burns and Black, canned Nov 2) ~4wo @ drinking. Pours a very hazy medium gold with a big white head leaving sheets of lace. Aroma is pungent with dried tropical fruits (esp. papaya, pineapple) and peach, backed by sweet oranges and slightly spicy leafy/grassy hop notes. Flavour is semi-sweet up front, notes of canned peach, papaya, light pineapple, white grapefruit, citrus pith, light grass, mineral water. Finish is quite dry with fairly low bitterness. Rather light bodied with quite low carbonation. I like the ester profile from the yeast here, I think it's bringing a nice fruity heft to the mix. Good session IPA!
