355ml can. Minimally milky, brass colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Husky, malty aroma, subtle fruity and floral hints of honey, weak strawy overtones. Taste is husky, pale malty, slightly citrusy fruity, additional, minimally sweet. fruity and floral notes of honey, a touch of lemon, husk, protein, mandarine zest. Mouth-filling body, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, soft but efficacious carbonation. Makes a lot of this intrinsically limited style.

Aroma is light cristallized honey a little floral but not perfumed. Traces of spelt. Taste is light floral sweet and some top fermented base. Not aggressive. Pretty balanced though simple.

Orange $2 can, pour is nice clean yellow. Thinner pure white head. Has pretty good carbonation. Taste is rather friendly tho there is a touch of ale in there, its overall not bad. Not sure if I taste the honey, must be fermented? Anyway, its got a bee on the label. In the end it gets more friendly and I start to feel the honey come thru, good balance to the finish line.

355ml can into pint glass. From Ruby's liquor, Bowral. 5.2% Not getting honey in the aroma, just a standard Kölsch nose of light grain and malt. Hazy amber beer with a few bubbles and a thin frothy head. Good body, smooth texture. Slightly bitter and tangy with honey noticeable in the finish. Tastes like a Kölsch with honey in it, which is what it is! Easy-drinking, good in hot weather.
