903 Frosted Maple Cookie Cream Ale 6.5% This brewery out of Texas (I thought they were Canadian for some reason). Big crazy sweet maple aroma like cinnamon pancakes drenched in maple syrup. The taste is sweet maple syrup but surprisingly not too overdone. Medium bodied with a sandpaper scratchy carbonation. Think butter cookies or shortbread cookies with oodles of maple.
