As much as we love bold, in your face hop monsters and giant barrel aged stouts, we still enjoy drinking a clean, delicate, well balanced lager. We brew our Heretic Lager in the traditional style of a Munich Helles, using only the finest German malts, hops, yeast, and our wonderful local water. Prost!

Tap at Takanoya. Bright, clear, pale gold. Nose is light biscuity malts, citrus, grass. A touch sweet, but crisp and grassy with lemon notes. Nice drinking.

Can at Hair of the Dog, Phrom Phong, Bangkok. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a fizzy short-lived white head. The aroma is dry stale skunky lager malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with a crisp, gluey malt, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Can from Brewers Haven. Medium golden, frothy head fades away completely. Mild grainy, bready aroma. Gets better, taste is full on biscuits, bread , saltines, with a nice velvety feel, and small bitter finish.
