By far the best thing about this is the logoed rim of the can (inside) at the top of the can. Horrible super light pale yellow coloured body with a very thin white head. Aroma of pale malt, mild sugars and not much else - but to be honest, nothing bad. Very light-bodied; mild taste with only some light malts, mild sugar and just about nothing else, but water. Aftertaste shows water and sugars, nothing else. Overall, not horrible, but not showing much at all - pretty watery and probably a good thing to drink in the heat. I’d rather have a can of this than being back in Bangkok. I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from a small grocery store near Lumphini MTR station in Bangkok, Thailand on 24-August-2009, brought back home to Washington and sampled at home on 05-November-2009.

From 12oz bottle. Had at a Thai restaurant so it pretty well complimented the food. This beer is not as good as the regular Singha, and is just a typical pale lager. Slight mild malts and faint grassy tones.

12 oz single from Country Club Liquors; Nose is grainy and lagerish with a hay note; gold with a very small white head; flavor is sweet and grainy with an extremely small grassy note.

33 cl bottle. Aroma of grassy hop, with perhaps a slight malt note. Very pale gold color with a fizzy white head. Rather thin in body with light, fizzy carbonation. The flavor is not bad, there’s just not a great deal of it. There is definite noble hop, and that builds in the finish. Certainly better than a number of lights.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a quickly disappearing and crispy head. Very cornish dusty aroma. Carbonated mouthfeel. Bitter/sour flavour, heavy corn notes otherwise: watery. Bitter and fizzy finish.

Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sour with notes of brewing cereal, but also hints of malt. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of malt and brewing cereal. And the body is thin.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, pale golden with a white head. Lightly sweet malt aroma. Thin-bodied, some hints of malt and brewing cereal and a metallic edge. "The light of your life" the label claims, well I don’t really think so - drinkable though. Very subdued bitterness. 270707

Canned (thanks tbone_). Pale golden colour, small white head, which disappears fast. Rice, rubber and some grassyness in aroma. Flavour is papery, quite sweet along with malts and some weak hops in finish. Not very exciting, but still not hopeless.
