375mL bottle at Boernerf. Pours clear ruby with a white head. Musty red wine grapes and cherries on the nose. Flavour has tart cherries, tannic red wine grape skins. The acidity is very well-balanced. This is very nice.

375mL bottle at Boerenerf, pours a clear rosé red with a small white head. Aroma is most prominent on the pinot noir, gentle funk, and just a touch of cherry skins. Flavour is dry and musty, with red grape mustiness, earthy funk, and tannins. Not getting the cherries. Just a really nice red wine lambic. Excellent.
