A refreshing sour ale brewed with a combination of sweet and tart cherries.
Appearance: The beer has a slightly hazy bright red color. When poured, it forms a large pink head that doesn’t last long.
Nose: The aroma is juicy and berry-like, reminiscent of grandma’s cherry compote.
Taste: A light-bodied, berry-forward sour beer with notes of cherry marmalade, a hint of citrus, and a touch of almond. The finish is long and refreshing, with the cherry becoming slightly sweeter toward the end.
Malts: Pilsner, wheat malt, oat malt, Golden naked oats, dextrin malt
Hops: Magnum

33cl can from Selver, Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy red with a pinkish head. Fruity aroma with cherries, hints of yeast. Modererate sweet and medium sour with rather pleasant cherry flavour. Fairly balanced, refreshing and enjoyable.
