Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 14/09/2025.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a frothy white cap that escapes to the edge.
Nose is lemon rind, herb, yeast esters, light white peppery spice.
Taste comprises yeast esters, light funk, farmhouse vibes, straw, light spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Tidy saison.

5/9/2025. Can from Yutaka Shop Online. Yamanashi rating #10. Aroma is citrusy, herbal, yeasty, touch spiced. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, slight tart edge. Moderate body, average carbonation. A refresher.

Can from Sterk, a little past the BBE date. Pours a cloudy pale yellow body and a big white head (gushing almost) with some retention. Aroma's: hoppy and wheaty, fruity, citrussy. Retronasal it's bitterish, light wheaty sourish. Flavour is light sweet, light bitter and a hint of fruity sourness. Light bodied. High carbonation. Finishes slightly dry but only mildly bitter.

350ml can. Cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Floral and yeasty spicy, fruity hoppy aroma, wheaty malty background, hints of yuzu, chamomile. Taste is citrusy fruity hoppy, floral yeasty and wheaty malty, hints of yuzu, chamomile. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very refreshing - good.

Bottled (from Alko Web). Hazy yellow colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some citrus and mild herbal. Flavour is floral, citrus, coriander and some mild herbal tones. Kind of a Witbier, rather than Saisonish....

Can. Pours pale straw. Bright, yeasty, zesty, hint of citric acidity. Light. Clean and refreshing. Pretty good.
