The keg toss: A time-honoured tradition in strongman circles to separate the wheat from the chaff. Competitors must hurl beer kegs of increasing weight over a big tall wall. No bloody mean feat! Right now, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson (aka "The Mountain") holds the world record, tossing a 15kg keg over a 7.15m wall. Bwahhh what a whopper! And if this delicious beer was in a keg then we reckon he'd be able to toss it over a wall, fo sure.
