Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with WeldWerks Brewing Co. (Greeley, CO) featuring coffees from Barrington Coffee Roasting Company (Lee, MA) and Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters (Denver, CO).
Our fresh stout release is a special collaboration with @weldworksbrewing, drawing inspiration from one of their iconic stouts, Medianoche, and a Trillium favorite, PM Dawn. PM Noche is an imperial stout that blends the boldness of Medianoche with the refined coffee character of PM Dawn.
To create a layered coffee profile, we sourced two exceptional coffees: our house Trillium Blend from @barringtoncoffee and La Danta from @sweetbloomcoffee in Denver, CO. The result? A midnight-black pour with aromas of medium-roast coffee and bittersweet chocolate, complemented by notes of brown sugar and dried fruit, all wrapped in a velvety medium body with a gently sweet finish.

The palate is moderately carbonated and full bodied, oily slick. Mildly sweet with a strong roasted coffee forwardness and a dark chocolate bitterness.
