Bottle, almost two years before bbd. Pours hazy dark golden, with an enormous creamy head. Aroma is fruity yeast, herbal notes and grassy minerals, as well as malts with bread. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity yeasty notes of wet hay, farmhouse and floral notes, as well as malts with bread, caramels and honey. Pitch dry finish.

Pours a cloudy deep amber body and a big dense off-white head with long retention. Aroma's: grassy hops, fruity yeast and light caramel malt, with some sourness retronasal. Flavour is light malty sweet and light fruity sour. Light bodied, not thin. Pretty high carbonation. Finishes slightly dry but with no bitterness. Pleasant and quaffable.

Bottle directly from brewery shop. Color: Hazy ruby, very thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, herbal notes. Taste: Malty, subtle notes of caramel, grassy / floral herbal notes and fruity notes of lychee and some apricot. Earthy hints. Slightly sour, light sweet and light bitter, going to moderate / over moderate herbal bitterness at the dry-ish finish. Lightly creamy mouthfeel. Just over medium body, just under average carbonation. Very nice one, not just an average Red Ale.
