Occam arrives with a triple-up of some bold and punchy hop variants. Idaho 7, Strata and NZ Cascade have been selected to provide ultimate hop punch impact in this IPA. Tinned Pineapple chunks and sweet syrup-like flavours are backup with a nice piney finish.

Pours murky pale yellow gold with a thin fluffy white head. Loads of overripe pineapple, ripe peach, tangerine. Lifts with some piney hop but loads of ripe fruit on the finish. Lovely.

Nose is ripe tropicana, pine resin, grass, danko whisper, papaya.
Taste comprises pine needle, grapefruit, light hop spice, danko bite, bitter orange.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.
