When we decided to add one to our core range, we took our time to make sure we brewed the best Pale Ale possible.

It took us nearly a decade of trials to land on the recipe or this US-style pale ale, and it has certainly been worth the wait. Hop-forward, medium-bodied and bursting with stone fruit, pine and citrus notes, this beer is everything a good pale ale should be.

At the Address Hotel, Neos Nat on the 63rd Floor, Bottle over looking the Buij Khalifa, Dubai, Worlds tallest building I believe, 15th January 2020. Beer is clear and amber straw colour. Aroma is citrus, taste is clean and easy drinking. Floral, orange, well balanced, not bad, especially with this view.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light citrus and peach with a bit of flora and grain backing. Flavor has earthy citrus and grains with a bit of straw and peach supporting.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of perfume, hops and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, hops, and perfume, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow. Graininess, citric hops, slightly dusty, minerals, a bit of sweetish malt, bitterish finish.

330ml bottle. Pours clear golden straw colour with a white head. Aroma is floral, grassy with clean malts. Taste is light sweet, moderate malty with more floral & grassy notes. Light to medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Dryish, gently bitter finish. One of the better Aussie pales I’ve tried, plenty of flavour

Bottle 330ml (BB 04.07.2018). Clear golden clolour with delicate grey head. Aroma is poor, malty only in first moment nice hoppy with citrus and resin notes but only for few second and then all disappeared. Light body, even a little bit watery, delicate sweet without bitternes. Very bad sample of this style.

Tap at the brewery. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is pine needle, light citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp, fresh malty, light fruit, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

(Bottle) Pours hazy amber with timely short-lived, loose off-white head. Nice aroma - orange and pine. Medium body with good carbonation. Foretaste has lots of refreshing citrus notes. Some biscuity malt notes develop, followed by modest pleasant bitterness. Nice beer.

More the Australian pale ale than an American pale ale." Palate is light tropical fruits. Would have expected more with the relatively high 5.2% abv. Produced by Asahi!

On tap at Mountain Goat, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt and piney hops. Flavour brings out lightly piney hops and biscuity malt in back. Creamy palate, but not terribly interesting flavours. Nothing overly interesting, but alright.
