Light on the palate with smooth drinkability, the flavours echo the aroma with notes of pineapple and peach. The finishing dryness keeps everything in check, making for a clean and satisfying sip. Bitterness is present but restrained—this one leans into balance over bite.
Hops: Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear deep gold beer, thin and short lived pale cream colour head. Light palate, a little dry, decent superfine carbonation. Light malts, a modest sweetness. Cooling pine hops, some hop spice nibble. Marmalade citrus, some slightly ripe tangerine on the back end. Finishes light and leaves a long if mild hop spice linger. Tidy and drinkable.

Fairly clean, a bit of tropical vibes, slightly ripe Ed citrus, a little boozy kick, pale bread, soft rindy bitterness. Touches of white grape. Drinks fine.

Dorée, col blanc-cassé léger.
Arôme est parfumé fruité sur les agrumes-orange avec un bouquet herbacé et une petite note de pin. Base de malt tout autant en balance pour permettre une bonne place des houblons.
Palais est sur une belle base amère avec une bonne base maltée. Note fruitée oscillant sur la pêche avec un caractère ‘crisp’ et repris par le pin et résine, note latente d’agrumes, finement tropical qui revient en retrait après qcq minutes. Sympa et plaisant de voir une IPA classique en lieu de toujours nous proposer des hazy.

Clear golden topped with a lasting just off white head.
Nose is grass, pine needle, Nelson twang, grapefruit, papaya, mandarin.
Taste comprises bitter orange, grass, pineapple, pine nip, crisp malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with light juicy come grassy hop bitterness with a Nelson lilt.
Tidy stuff.
