This West Coast IPA comes blustering in on a howling gust of pilsner and 2-row. Hopped and dry-hopped twice with a tornado of Simcoe, Mosaic pellets and Cryo, Strata, Citra, Chinook, CTZ, and Amarillo. Fermented to dryness on a classic yeast strain. Assertively bitter, but eminently drinkable. Notes of peach rings, fresh mango, & frozen berries. Crisp as a winter wind and with a clean, breezy finish that clears your palate right off. Soar high on wings of lupulin.

Lemon and pine. Clear golden pour with decent head. Light bitter end. A little tang. Decent IPA. Tap at Tap99.
