Full-bodied beer, characterised by a distinctive malt flavour, obtained by adding Bavarian malt, the proportion of which in the malt sprinkling recipe is more than 30%. Bavarian malt is a light type of malt that enhances the color of the beer and at the same time enhances its malt aroma. The delicate bitterness of the beer is then created by a combination of Czech aromatic malts.
