This crisp and light bodied wheat ale contains a refreshing acidity and luscious fruit forward profile of fresh raspberries. Pink rose hues and berry perfumes, the Saigon Rosé delivers a crisp, clean, and subtle sweetness that is perfect for any occasion.

Tap at the Brewpub, HCMC. Poured a hazy reddish orange amber with a thin broken white head and a little broken lace. The aroma is yeast, red berry fruit, some doughy biscuit malt. The flavour is light sweet with a dry dry crisp, raspberry fruit, yeasty palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Not sure I would drink a pint of this but I’m sure there is a time and place for those that enjoy the style.
