Občas máme pocit, že panuje celkem nesmyslný názor, že slabá tmavá piva nestojí za nic, a možná by se vlastně vůbec neměla vařit. Jako výraz protestu jsme uvařili tento irish dry stout. Použili jsme anglický slad Maris Otter a nesladovaný a pražený ječmen společně s chmelovou odrůdou Fuggles. I tmavým pivem se dá úspěšně zahnat žízeň, a je to velmi chutný zážitek.

Black with a tan head. Bitter, roasted malts, a hint of smoke, burnt black malt, earthy. Medium bodied. Finish is long with deep roasted malts and some burnt notes. It’s a fine stout.

Tap. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, light cocoa and coffee notes, medium to high bitter. Medium body, malty roasty bitter sweer finish. Ok.

Tap at Sibeeria. Thin body, medium carbonation, soft nitro feeling. Medium bitterness, assertive roast, lots of coffee, slightly burnt, but in a pleasant way. Quite dry, quite Guinness-like. Very easy drinking, very good.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2025. Blackish body, tan head. Nutty, caramelly aroma, okay. Dry, bitter, roasty taste, light chocolate, bit astringent. Huh, not Sibeeria's best.
