500ml bottle: BB March 2022. Drank at home on 3rd April 2022, so a month out of date on opening. Clear and clean mahogany/amber body, off-white head. Malty nose, toffee and caramel, taste also has a malty molasses type front. No Rye mentioned on the label, but it has that Rye flavour (and look) you get when it's added to a beer.

Bottle at the Fountain, Walsall. Poured a hazy medium reddish amber with a frothy short-lived white head. The aroma is toffee caramel malt, light metallic hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet with a smooth rich woody resin hop bitter palate and long bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
