Sample at the brewpub. Black pour with clingy bubbles and a thin beige head that dissipates quickly to a film. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of maple, cinnamon and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of sweet maple, cinnamon, vanilla and malt. The finish is sweet with a cinnamon french toast aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque black, ring of head, light viscosity. Aroma is cinnamon, custard. Taste is strong cinnamon, powdered sugar on French Toast. Smooth,creamy, frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. They got what they were going for!
