Dorada, espuma duradera. El aroma es lúpulo, resina, pino. En boca mantiene el carácter, muy resinosa, intensamente amarga de principio a fin. Notas de mango y uva. Y bastante pomelo. Nada equilibrada... ni se espera. Alcohol bien disimulado entre tanto amargor. Final muy amargo.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Milwaukee, 11/22/16. Clear pale golden, large foamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of toasted malts, earthy and floral hops, hints of mint and pine. The taste is strong earthy hops, resin, caramel, apricot, caramelized sugar. Medium bodied, moderate lingering bitterness. Interesting.

Tap hollywood gardens. From the start this is a big bullshit behemoth of bitter gullet coating beer. Pale. Slight BO aroma, like after sex, so, I guess that’s a good thing. BO carries over to the taste. Bitter nasty terribly on style IPA bringing on the impy. Like IPA? ignore my numbers, it will please your mouth coating bitter desiring taste buds.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 3/24/2017. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden/amber color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, tangerine, citrus peel, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, tangerine, citrus peel, light pepper, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine/citrus rind/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, papaya, tangerine, citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a nice malt/bitterness balance; and some light lingering hop astringency near the end of the glass, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and sticky/resinous balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is fairly well hidden, a small warmth lingers after the finish. Overall this is an awesome DIPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of bright citrus/tropical/pine hops and moderate pale malt sweetness; very smooth and easy to drink, despite the lingering hop astringency. A very enjoyable offering.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vibrant copper color with a huge foamy orange-white head that towered over the glass, lingered forever and left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweet with pineapple, grapefruit and lemon. The flavor was sweet, tangy and yeasty with vague tropical fruits and some astringency at the end. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with largish foamy off-white head, faint citrus peel aroma, low carbonation, sweetish citrusy taste, thin, smooth body, medium bitter orange finish. Very smooth and quite tasty.
