A light golden ale, single hopped with American Citra to showcase this hop intense aromas of tropical fruit, mango and pineapple. Maris Otter provides a hint of background biscuit malt flavour, leading to a strong yet easy drinking bitterness.

Chilled (to go with its name) clear golden ale, maintaining a thin head. Plenty of hops but this is more stated in its taste which holds lots of fruit flavours.

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear, rich gold with a small, white foam head. Crispy straw aroma, basic pale malts, light grains. Light aweet flavor with cereal, straw, light grass and citrus. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, with fairly firm hay and straw bitterness, some ripe lemon. Very decent.
