Our best selling bottled beer is our take on the classic English India Pale Ale. Combining floor malted Maris Otter barley with English and US hop varieties, it is fantastically drinkable and has collected multiple awards since we first brewed it back in 2013.

Bottle from the brewery online shop. Appearance - amber with a close to snow white head. Nicely proportioned with body. Nose - dried orange, malt loaf. Taste - some nuts, caramel and general breadiness. Palate - light to medium bodied and the finish could be fresher. Overall - decent. Agreed it being loaded as an ESB.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Cask. Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Light malts, not that sweet. Mild sulphur. Light but bitter marmalade. Dry floralness in the dry finish. Sulphur turning me off.

part of my 2013 backlog, and tried at the 2013 peterborough festival. The beer has a golden colour with a small head. Aroma has pine and sweetness. The taste also has a pine hoppiness.
