(On tap @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours a nice bright pink. Aroma is a mix of fresh passion fruit and pink grapefruit, beet undertone is initially subtle - if you don't know it's there then you'd detect it but it would confuse you a bit. As it warms, the beet in the aroma increases. Flavour is generally that of a crisp fruity Berliner, blend of pink grapefruit, beets, passion fruit and light lactic acid, everything's nicely mixed together. Finish has more prominent notes of beet with lingering tartness, citrus, light minerality. Light to medium bodied with airy, bubbly carb that refreshes and cleanses the palate. Rather than a beet beer, this is a fruity beer with beets. Fun, well-made, not the slightest bit boring.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Looks really good this, a deep warm artificial almost red glowing colored one, blurry and on top a small pinkish head. Smells really good and not exactly what I was expecting. It's watermelon sweet and fresh, passion fruit and the surprise fennel! Anise fennel. Lovely mixture of tropical fruits, and it's super fresh! Oh this is good stuff. Outs a smile on my face. Thin and oily in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation level. Super fresh, fruity. Mango and sweet nectar. Passion fruit on steroids. Give me the keg please, want to have this again! 14.05.2016

Draught@CBC2016 Red Session. Red colour, small head. Aroma is lingonberry, mild raspberries, some yeast and mild lactic notes. Flavour is dry wood, sour berries and some slight toffee to it.

[ As Brewski Passionate Beating ].Unclear medium red color with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, fruity - berry, red currant, herbs, passion fruit flowers, beetroot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, red currant, wheat, passionfruit flowers, beetroot. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160514]

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Red session. Hazy intense red color with off white pinkish head. Sweet and tart fruity aroma, passion fruit, other tropical - exotic fruits, citrus notes too. Sweet and acidic fruity taste like aroma. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.
