Can 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Lone. Pours a clear golden with a dissipating white head. Sweet malty nose, some brewing cereal and I believe also brewing syrup. Medium body, sweet malt, syrup and sulphur with your typical Malt Liquor roughness. The booze is evident in the finish, but hardly any hops. 250711

Can. A golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, alcohol, and metal. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and malt, leading to a dry finish. The alcohol stings the mouth - too raw. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Clear golden coloured body with a thin, fast-dying off-white head. Aroma of metal, malt, sugars and alcohol - strong smells. Medium-bodied; Strong alcohol flavours with a lot of malt, a decent amount of metal and a thick, viscous alcohol taste. Potent aftertaste with alcohol and a bitter metallic and malty twang with little sweetness or anything else to mask the alcohol. Overall, not such a great beer, as expected - but nice to try. As others say - a strong beer that is good for some Koreans, but I’ll stick with the typical lagers when over there. My one fading memory of this beer is at the top of Bukhansan (mountain that rises from Seoul) when I was dead tired and drenched in sweat (and I am in shape and was about to run another marathon!) and I looked over and there was a Korean lady (OLD - over 50 easy) with the visor on and of course a perm, rocking out a Cass RED, while she still had to make it down the mountain. After having drunk the can now, she was awesome and a true testament to the Koreans everywhere! I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from GS25 (Convenience Store) in Seoul, Korea on 23-August-2011 sampled on the other side of the planet at home in Washington on 09-June-2011.

Can: poured a golden to light amber color with a huge white head that disappeared in seconds. Aroma is bubblegum and cardboard. Taste is a burning upfront with a grassy watery finish.
