Bottled version, 4.3%. Thanks Simon! Grainy fruity beginning. Easy to drink, fruity with a very dry and grainy finish. Mild, grainy, dry and rough. Grain, nice bittered, fruity. Interesting, rich, sessionable.

Cask at Old Bell, Derby. Poured a very pale straw with minimal white head. Mainly biscuits in the aroma together with some cereal grains. In the mouth it is pretty sweet with honey, fruits, grasses and general floral flavour. The finish is sweet and dry. A welcome change from the normal pale ale or session IPA.

Handpull cask at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Blonde, clear with a bit of white head and lots of fully lacing. Medicinal and somewhat metallic smell with husky grain. Sweet taste with honey and agave syrup turning bitter for the dry hoppy finish. Long grainy aftertaste with bitterness lingering on the tongue. Not the best beer but it's an admittedly tough style.
