Can 440ml (BGz, BB 02/2019)
Murky yellow colour, small steady white head and lace. Aroma has peach and hemp. Spicey Belgi yeast notes. Light-bodied. Pale malty, peppery spicey and estery peachy fruity flavour. Tiny bretta vibe. This is quite Saisonic beer. Simple, decent drinkability.

Bottle from Bridgend Service Station. Hazy bronze body with a medium off-white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, copper and banana. Flavour of wood, bread, spices, fig and rusty metal. Medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A pretty good effort but I felt it would have benefited from greater malt sweetness.

Tap at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a very slightly straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, mineral, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a dry, crisp, refreshing yeast, hop, alcoholic bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. True to the style with less alcohol, but you wouldn’t know. Very similar to Duvel.
