A soft, juicy Belgian Pale. A traditional Belgian Pale recipe of Pilsner and Wheat malts, hopped in the boil with Hersbrucker hops, then received a generous dry hop of Mosaic and Lemondrop. Banana, peppery spice, stonefruit and lemon citrus combine for a quaffable pale.

Keg from Twisted Barrel Brewery Tap, Coventry, Friday 29th April 2016 Hazy gold in colour with a slim white head, banana on the nose but yeasty and spices, fruity and a little dry, really like this, lingering bitterness. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
