Saison Dry Hop, a very hoppy version of our famous Saison Dupont!
Made according to the traditional “Dry Hopping” method, we infuse another hop (Styrian Wolf directly into the beer to enhance its sunny character.
Dry hopping technique allows the beer to develop citrussy notes (grapefruit), as well as flowers and exotic fruits (mango and lychee). In the mouth, the spicy flavours (clove) jostle with malt, with an intense, long bitterness running through it all.

Can! So this is another new version. Cloudy amber with a good cm of white head. Aroma of oranges, dough, spices, some apricot biscuit. Creamy, alive, fairly spritzy. Citrus and punchy spices take over from dough and as things seem to dry out a little, bitterness takes over leaving just some spices.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of sea salt, waxed lemon and mussel shells. Flavour of lemon, straw and salted white bread. Medium body with a slick texture. Light fizz. A crisp, biting saison. World class.

On tap at 't Brugs Beertje Brugge. Haze gold beer lasting white head. Beautiful saison aroma. Soft easy drinking. Good hop sting on the finish. It's good. I mean I'd drink this every day. So good. Just the saison flavour is a knock out and then then the hop on top is excellent. Really good. Spicy saison. Tasty biting hop. So good.
